It was the first time I saw him in weeks, && I was 

avoiding him.

He tried to catch my attention, but I blew him off.

I wanted him to see that I was happy without him.

When he finally caught my eye,

I made a remark that I never regretted,

Because it showed him how strong I really am. 

but it turned out he wanted me back in hi life.
